Class Suggestions

With so many classes and teachers at your fingertips, we understand it can be confusing to know where to start.  We encourage you to try all our classes and teachers, however, if you’re looking for something more specific these guidelines may be helpful. 

I’m a beginner/getting back into shape: 

If you’re brand new to yoga, haven’t practiced in a while, recovering from an injury/getting back into shape your best place to start would be our Yoga Foundations class (Wednesdays 9pm, Saturdays at 2pm), and our Restorative yoga class (Sundays at 6pm).   Our Yin (deep stretching classes) are great too.  

I’m a beginner and excercise regularly:

If you excercise regularly and consider yourself in shape you’ll be fine trying any class.  If your schedule permits it is always a good idea to try a Yoga Foundations class.  

I want to challenge myself, build strength, and sweat

If you’re looking to sweat and challenge yourself  start with these teachers.  Eldein, Danielle, Kartini, Constance, April, Jodi, Missy, Ashley, Jillian, Tabitha

I want to stretch and improve my flexibility

While all yoga classes will include elements of stretching – our Yin and Yang/Candlelight Yin classes focus specifically on deep stretching and improving flexibility

I am drawn to the meditative/spiritual side of yoga

All of our classes will sprinkle in nuggets of ancient yogic wisdom, however if you’d like to go deeper, checkout classes with Jillian, Etan and Kartini.  Jillian and Etan have both trained in India and incorpate various forms of meditation into their classes. 

I want classes with music

Any class with the music symbol (♫) on our schedule is set to great tunes.  We also offer two classes set to live music. Let Go and Flow (Mondays at 7:30pm), Live Music Flow (Tuesdays at 8:15pm) both feature incredibiliy talented musicians
