Terms of Service – Laughing Frog Yoga Inc.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.laughingfrogyoga.com (the “Website”) and the services offered by Laughing Frog Yoga Inc. (“Laughing Frog Yoga,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website or registering for studio services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Studio Services
Laughing Frog Yoga offers yoga classes, workshops, memberships, animal‑assisted yoga events, and related wellness services. All classes, workshops, and events are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled.
2. Reservations and Payments
Clients may purchase classes, packages, memberships, or event registrations through the Website or through studio booking platforms. All payments must be made using authorized payment methods through the studio’s booking system.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed by Laughing Frog Yoga. The studio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to grant exceptions.
4. Participation Requirements
Participation in studio classes and events requires completion of the applicable liability waiver and release forms. Those waivers govern participation in studio activities and remain binding upon participants.
5. Animal‑Related Activities
Certain classes or events may involve animals, including but not limited to goat yoga or puppy yoga activities. Participation in such events requires acknowledgment of the risks associated with animal interaction and completion of the applicable liability waiver.
6. Media Release
Classes or events may occasionally be photographed or recorded for promotional or marketing purposes. By attending classes or events, participants acknowledge that images or video may be captured and used in studio marketing or promotional materials.
7. Acceptable Use of Website
Users agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access to systems, interfere with site functionality, or use the Website for unlawful purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laughing Frog Yoga shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website or participation in studio services.
9. Mediation and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website or studio services shall first be submitted to good‑faith mediation in Los Angeles County, California.
If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California.
The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any arbitration or mediation shall occur in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
